Meet Glentom Bull Terriers

Established in 1987 Glentom Bull Terriers was started by Glenna and Tom Wright, DVM. Tom Wright is a veterinarian and he and Glenna have owned their own practice in the SW corner of Arkansas near Hot Springs National Park, since 1992. Glenna and Tom breed with health and temperament in mind for all their puppies, this includes ensuring breeding parents pass Echocardiograms for heart function, UPC ratio for Kidney Function, free from Patella Luxation (kneecap) and BAER tested normal for hearing. Puppies are raised in home and raised with care and socialization.

Glenna and Tom are members of the Bull Terrier Club of America (BTCA) and actively participate in confirmation showing and are also members of the Bull Terrier Club of Dallas. Glenna and Tom’s dedication to Bull Terriers shows through that in 1998 Glenna and Tom were asked to co-chair the BTCA’s Rescue Committee and served until 2003, Glenna co-Chaired from 2003-2004 with fellow rescuer Norma Shepherd. Glenna came back in 2006 and in 2010 the Rescue Welfare Trust Fund of the Bull Terrier Club of America (501C3) was formed and Glenna maintains her position with the rescue to this day.
